By creating an account or using Wordsearch Builder, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Provide accurate registration information, keep login details secure and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.
Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the words, titles, prompts and worksheets you create. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive or infringing content, or attempt to bypass token charges, limits or security. You retain rights you hold in your input and may use the resulting worksheet subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
AI results
AI-generated words and images may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. You must review results before distributing, teaching from, publishing or printing them. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique or free of third-party claims.
Tokens and payments
Tokens are a limited service credit used only within Wordsearch Builder. They are non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be resold. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars before checkout and Square processes the payment. Failed generations may be automatically refunded in tokens where the service records a qualifying failure.
Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Contact support about duplicate charges, missing credits or a faulty service. Refunds are assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Deleting an account does not itself create a refund for unused tokens.
Availability and account action
We may maintain, change or discontinue features and apply fair-use, storage or recent-puzzle limits. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful conduct, payment fraud or serious breach. You may delete your account in Settings at any time.
