Card Flick

Terms & Conditions

Age and licence

Card Flick is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you cannot legally agree to these terms, a parent or guardian must review them. We grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.

Accounts and progress

Card Flick may create an anonymous profile and may allow an optional Google Play Games connection. Keep connected accounts secure. Progress can be stored locally and online; while we take reasonable care, test resets, device loss, faults or service changes may affect progress.

Fair play

Do not cheat, automate input, modify the game, exploit faults, submit offensive names, interfere with servers, access another profile, falsify purchases or bypass security. We may correct invalid progress or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the game and players.

Ads, virtual items and purchases

Card Flick may include rewarded or interstitial ads, virtual currency, energy and digital items. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold and may be balanced or replaced as the game develops. Real-money purchases are processed by Google Play and are also subject to its terms.

Refunds and consumer rights

Contact support for a missing or faulty entitlement. Refunds are assessed under applicable law and platform procedures. Nothing in these terms limits rights or consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Availability and changes

Features, levels, economy, rewards, release plans and online services may change, particularly during testing. We may update or discontinue Card Flick or a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
